Eye Surgery Considerations

IOU Review

Whenever I asked whether a surgery could be done exactly the way I wanted, the answer was always YES. There was no detailed explanation of why such a surgery should not be done. I never heard even one objective explanation about what had to be endured if I did it, or why it was risky. After the surgery, I realized something had gone wrong and went back to the hospital to ask for a conversation about how to solve the problem, but there was no feeling that they wanted to solve it. Rather than solving the problem, I only observed attempts to cover it up and make it seem like nothing had happened. In the evening, I only saw patch-up attempts by phone and text to reassure me. If the two staff at the front desk could look at my eyes and snicker so openly, doesn't that mean they had done a surgery that was aesthetically awkward and wrong? Because it was seriously wrong, fixing it within the golden time (within 2 weeks after surgery) was important to me, and I asked them to correct it, but nothing happened. That surgery was causing fatal damage to my daily life, and I was helplessly going through the golden time for fixing the problem disappearing. Because it was an emergency and urgent situation, later I kept going without an appointment, often about once every two days, and waited to be seen. I think I came in without an appointment twice. Then I got the absurd response that they would put me on a blacklist if I kept coming without an appointment. What, did I cause a scene? If so, check the CCTV and verify it. I never did anything like that lol When I tried to explain the problems I felt, they reacted like I was annoying and sick of it, while pretending to take notes. If you're going to do it as a show, why even bother giving a consultation? I do not understand at all. The director I saw felt like a small business owner who values the presence of patients visiting the clinic more than fixing a patient's botched surgery lol
