The director has a tsundere style~ When he passed by while I was waiting before the consultation, at first he looked rather intimidating, so I worried that I wouldn't be able to express my opinion during the consultation, but once I actually talked with him, he explained everything so clearly, professionally, and in an easy-to-understand way that it was a complete reversal, and I felt his presence and trustworthiness. I visited several places for facial contouring, but only here did he say I didn't need surgery and that the degree of issue was too minor for the effect to be meaningful. He was extremely honest, and had pride and skill all at once5
