I visited by appointment, and I am not sure how kind they were, but the consultation seemed professional. The cost seemed expensive. I had booked a procedure, but after reading reviews from this clinic, I decided to cancel. I cancelled after coming here. For skin procedures done under local anesthesia, it might also be worth considering.
