After the hospital director changed, I got 2 remaining laser hair removal sessions for the calves, and compared with the previous female director, they treated me more carefully and the final 5th session reduced the hair on my calves a lot. I do not know whether that staff member is still working there, but before my visit I asked about the laser hair removal device manufacturer, and I was disappointed by the careless attitude of saying they did not know.
