I visited last year near the end of the year because it was a hospital well known for under-eye fat repositioning, and I trusted them. The reservations were more backed up than I expected, so I waited about 2 months. The director personally took photos and explained the expected effects very well. I remember the consultation with the manager was not very long. There was no recommendation for extra surgery or anything like that, and I remember there being a consultation fee. I got the strong impression that this was a hospital specialized in one field.
