I had nose tip and alar reduction surgery. It didn't produce exactly the shape I wanted, but the surgery seems to have been done safely. The clinic facilities and staff friendliness are average, and although the director is skilled, my satisfaction isn't very high. I think it would be good to identify and explain exactly the shape you want during the consultation.
