I was recommended osteotomy, grafting ear cartilage into the sunken glabella area (slightly above the bridge between the eyes), tip work with ear cartilage, and nostril reduction at Olive Plastic Surgery. The consultation itself was not bad, and although the surgeon looked tired, they explained things very clearly, which made it easy to understand.
