I could feel the director's professionalism. They explained things very well, to the point that you could feel their long experience with nose surgery. The surgical direction did not suit me, so I did not choose it, but I think people who do match it would be satisfied. Even when I had questions, they explained everything as clearly as possible and helped me understand it, which was nice.
