I went in for a consultation for functional rhinoplasty, and first of all, it felt like a medium-to-large hospital. The staff were friendly in the usual way, and the director was friendly too. But the head doctor was a bit brusque and unfriendly. Still, they explained everything they said they would, and they answered my questions well. I was a little annoyed, but I still somehow felt like their skills would be good.
