Even though I visited after making an appointment with the doctor, they said I would have to wait more than 2 hours because of surgery.. (They said I could otherwise briefly talk while looking at the face in front of the operating room, which was scary. If I were the patient lying there in the operating room...) So I had no choice but to only have a meeting with the consultation manager (they said they could consult because they were also a doctor).
