When I first went for the surgery consultation, I had taken time out of my schedule and gone out of my way to get there, but some manager said they thought I had come to see them for a progress check because someone else had the same name, and said the doctor was in surgery, then consulted me as if they themselves were the doctor. When I said I had made time to come because I wanted to meet the doctor, they briefly came out in front of the operating room and confidently said to trust them and go ahead with it, end ;;
