I made a same-day reservation in a hurry and went there. The consultation with the director was just okay. They were kind though. But the consultation manager was extremely pushy about the deposit, so I paid at the time because they said it would be 100% refundable. I am going back next week to get the refund. Still, they did tell me about the side effects of rib cartilage. So they said it is best to use the septum as much as possible.
