Mijak Review

I went for a consultation because people I knew had good results here, and the doctor's consultation was good, but I felt that he was extremely busy. Still, he explained things fairly thoroughly. But before the consultation with the director, when I told the consultation manager that I had suffered complications after surgery at another hospital and had filed a lawsuit, she treated me like a troublemaker. The doctor's explanation was good, and because people I knew had good outcomes here, I asked the consultation manager, Ms. Lim Soo-hyun, about the price. The price was high, but when the consultation manager brought up a discount, I said that I was not asking for a discount, and that if the director would just do a good job, that would be enough. Then she started saying something unrelated. She answered my questions with nonsense, saying that wanting a discount does not mean they would not take care of me more. Anyway, people I knew all had good results, and most importantly, my younger sibling had a very serious nose, but they turned it into a completely different person, so I trusted the doctor's skill. On the way back from the consultation, I called and said I wanted to have surgery there, but they said February was fully booked and told me to look around more and make a reservation later. It felt like they did not want to take me. Was I being treated like a troublemaker? So I felt bad. After that I called again to say I wanted another consultation and to make a reservation, and they said my consultation manager was off that day and would be back to work the next day. So I asked whether I could be helped by another consultation manager, but they said no and said they would call me after my assigned manager came back the next day. They still have not called. I wanted to get surgery there, but because of the manager, I could not. If they will not even book the reservation, what am I supposed to do? Anyway, I admit the doctor's skill is good, but the consultation manager has a really strange personality.
