Misak review

I visited Misak for my first consult while looking into nose surgery. The waiting time wasn’t very long, and the manager handled the consultation first. I came after seeing posts about surgery results on Instagram. The manager said the price is higher than other hospitals, but that they’re very good at noses. Then I went in to consult with the director. The director explained that a straight nasal line is the hardest shape to create and is the area they’re most confident in. They said they could do any nose I wanted and were full of confidence. Then they suddenly suggested doing the chin tip with silicone too, something I hadn’t even been considering. They also recommended other procedures, saying it would look better if done together. It felt a bit burdensome and unpleasant. After the consultation, the manager said they would tell me the price, so I went back to the consultation room. It seems like they only operate with silicone + autologous costal cartilage here. They also recommended silicone for the chin tip, and the quote came to 7.5 million won if done together. When they show before-and-after photos of people who had the nose and chin tip done, the difference is definitely good. The pressure to leave a deposit was insane... I originally planned to just get nose surgery here, but the pressure to leave a deposit was too much. They said if I didn’t leave a deposit today, they couldn’t give me the discount. So I left a deposit for now and went home. Then a few days later, I felt uncomfortable and said I would do only the nose without the chin tip. The manager in charge said okay, and about a day later another manager called and asked why I wasn’t doing the chin tip too, saying it would be more dramatic. I’m the type who has a hard time refusing, so T_T it felt way too burdensome. The director kept pushing it too, saying they don’t recommend the chin tip to just anyone and only to people who will do well, but still kept insisting that I should do it... So I said no, I wouldn’t do it, and would just pay 6.5 million won for the nose. Then suddenly the price changed to 6.8 million won if I didn’t do the chin together with the nose. It was really absurd. At the consultation, the manager had said nose-only would be 6.5 million won, and hearing that completely killed any goodwill I had, so I canceled the reservation.
