Because the director had just come out after finishing surgery, he seemed quite tired. Both the director and the manager generally only provided the necessary information and did not try to push anything more, which I liked, but I did not get the sense that they were eager to secure the patient. The implication was strong that even if I had surgery on my nose, there would not be much change, so I decided to hold off for now. There is no separate consultation fee, so if you are unsure, I recommend going for a consultation at least once.
