This was the only place that recommended only under-eye fat repositioning, whereas other places also recommended fat grafting. They didn't mention fat grafting at all. Honestly, I don't know whether that's a good thing or a bad thing. It seems like they do a lot of eye-focused procedures, and in the reviews there are many more about double eyelid surgery and revision eye surgery than about under-eye fat repositioning.
