He drew it out and showed me the surgical method for each line and, with photos, how it would look after surgery. My mom asked more questions than I did, but he still answered everything in detail. If my mom didn’t understand, he explained again, and I didn’t feel like it was a factory-style place. After the consultation, the manager said I could look around more, but I was satisfied by my own standards, so I made a same-day reservation. They said that if I booked on the same day, they would include a swelling IV service during surgery, and I didn’t even have high expectations, so getting that felt nice.
