I went straight into the consultation with the doctor, and they looked a little tired. They didn't say anything else and just explained how the surgery would go, then I consulted with the consultation manager. The consultation manager honestly told me it seemed better not to do it and asked me to think about it carefully and contact them slowly, which made me trust them. Still, it was stressful so I got it done, and the asymmetry was corrected to some extent and it was good.
