I could consult directly with the doctor! But maybe because the consultation was scheduled after a long surgery, he looked so tired and spoke like he was doing an outsider rap, which was a bit odd. Every other place said I would need nostril reduction, but this was the only place that said I did not need it! So the price came out lower than elsewhere. But my goal is maximum efficiency, so I am going to do it at a place that actually performs nostril surgery.
