I&Co Clinic Review

I had an appointment and went in, and one manager was in consultation with another person, while the director was not seeing anyone, so I met the director immediately with no waiting. But the consultation with the director was over in 1 minute.... In the consultation notes, several noses were drawn, and when he looked at my nose, he just drew on several noses what kinds of surgeries should be done. He drew a bridge osteotomy and alar reduction, explained very rapidly in one minute, and then said to ask if I had questions. I said I had none and it ended right away. Then I waited 5 minutes and met the manager. Looking at the drawings the director made, she slowly explained again what kinds of surgeries would be done. Then maybe there were parts of the drawings the director made that she could not understand, because the director asked why he drew this picture lol I also said he spoke too fast so I could not understand. While consulting, I was told that after-service is possible for 3 years, and since I live far from Busan, there would be no cost until the 1-year follow-up, so I would need to visit periodically. For follow-up visits, they emphasized the advantage of a one-doctor hospital where the director personally takes care of everything. And the manager said that after visiting many hospitals, hearing many doctors' opinions, and even if I did not get surgery here, I should at least do procedures that overlap, which gave me trust, and it was the hospital I had been most interested in while doing my own research. But because the consultation ended in 1 minute and 5 minutes, so short and roughly, I kept thinking of another doctor who kindly spent almost 20 minutes consulting me T_T It is a shame because the I&Co director seems like the kind of person who will lose a lot of patients during consultation. After reading reviews after the consultation, I saw many comments saying the consultation is too rough, and I really agree.
