I had my first surgery at Mijak 4 years ago, and it was not sagging or anything, but my standards got higher, so while looking into revision surgery, I asked the hospital and they said after-service is lifetime. So I only paid for the material cost and got AS about 2 years ago.. I like it so much that I recommend it. Since the price of the first surgery is what it is, I think lifetime AS is really good
