Both my eyes and nose were first-time surgeries. For my eyes, I had buried stitches, and for my nose, I used no implant, just shaved down the hump a little and used ear cartilage for the tip. My eyes had pretty severe unevenness to begin with, but they improved a lot so I am satisfied. My nose is still only at week 3, so maybe that is why there seems to be a slight asymmetry, and I am not fully satisfied. Still, choosing this clinic does not seem like a bad decision.
