I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, then had a 20-minute consultation. Maybe because there were so many staff, it was really hectic and chaotic. The doctor came in and said things like he was not trying to enter the consultation room, that he only wanted to show his face and leave, and so on. It did not make me feel hopeful about the surgery.
