The consultation manager, who was a bit older, was honest and had a good eye for what she saw. I think she was very good at figuring out what people do and don't need. She said what was necessary was necessary, and if not, then not. If she recommended a lot of things... it didn't seem like she was trying to sell because she was already busy, but rather that she was objectively saying what was needed.
