The consultation manager was older, but she was very straightforward, and I thought she had a good eye. She seemed to really catch what was needed and what wasn't for each person. She said what was necessary was necessary, and what wasn't was not. And if she recommended a lot of things... since she was already busy, I don't think she was trying to sell me anything, but rather just telling me objectively what was needed. Also, I heard the chief director's technique is good.
