It felt a bit like a factory, and there was absolutely no sense of calm. The important thing was that someone other than the doctor I had booked with came in.. I went in for a consultation about removing my nose implant, but they kept recommending revision surgery, so I was taken aback, and the consultation director was so old that she felt like a madam.. She kept talking about unrelated things.
