There is no pressure to use an implant. The doctor is very safety-oriented, so they do not do anything extra just for the sake of it. It is famous for the bread-loaf shape, but it really was the three-week miracle, wasn’t it? My breasts look just like my own lol And it was convenient and nice not to need B-boh-an. I went together with a friend and had it done, but my friend still has a strong upper bulge.
