I had Megaderm, depressor muscle resection, nose tip cartilage fixation, and drooping columella correction done. The effect did not last very long. Results vary from person to person, so there was nothing I could do about that.. The director explained things well with proper professionalism, as expected from their experience. There were so many people that the consultation went by quickly and it felt like everything, including payment, was done in a blur, so I think it would be better to go after thinking it through carefully!
