I heard there might be strong pressure to pay a deposit, but the consultant who handled me didn’t do anything like that, so I was able to consult comfortably and leave. Feedback is on the slow side, but they’re probably so busy that it seems that way. Still, even if it’s late, they always do reply. The doctor wasn’t overly kind, but explained things in just the right calm, detailed way and listened carefully to everything, which I liked the most among the many places I’ve visited. The consultation was done by the lead surgeon. Honestly, I didn’t expect much because I had just looked them up online before going, but among the 5 to 8 places I visited, this one ranks first for me.
