I got fat-cut injections as a boost while I was in the middle of dieting. In total, I had about 18 sessions. The fee was based on 6-session units! Over the 18 sessions, I lost about 18 kg. The director talks like a tape recorder is playing, saying things like what you should not eat and that the patient’s own effort is important, and so on!! In its own way, it was useful, lol.. He repeats the same thing endlessly until all the injections are done. If I hadn’t lost weight that week, I would get scolded and have to read the room a bit, so it felt a little like a PT coach too. Because it contains steroids, irregular bleeding is unavoidable, but I remember the injections as definitely effective. I was dieting as well, boosted by that pressure.
