The hospital staff were all extremely kind. The hospital felt a bit busy and hectic, but there was also a sense that the system was in place, so it was not uncomfortable. I had worried because the reviews said the wait time was extremely long, but even though I was about 10 minutes late, I did not have to wait much and still got the consultation.
I first consulted with someone said to be the senior coordinator, then had a second consultation with the director. They explained everything in great detail while looking at the CT, and said they might be able to tidy up the line but that there would not be a major effect, explaining the reasons in detail while drawing it out. I liked that they were honest and kind and told me everything. My face would not benefit much from the procedure T_T so I decided not to have surgery, but if I had gone ahead with surgery, I think I would have done it here. It was a very satisfying consultation... I was worried because the reviews said they force reservations a lot, but maybe they retrained the staff, because there was none of that at all and everyone was kind until I left.
