The clinic is generally chaotic and really disorganized.... The system doesn’t seem to be well established. Sometimes the wait was an hour, and there were times when I had booked but they thought I had booked for a different time, and things like saying I still had one session left even though I had two more treatment sessions remaining? There’s one mistake every time I go. Since there are a lot of staff, there are both unfriendly staff and friendly staff mixed together. The friendliness itself is not enough to be a major issue; the problem is the lack of system;;; I think I’ve tried InMode, Shurink, and Botox, three things like that. The surgeon is very kind when doing the procedure. But he does not do the consultation; he just comes in during the procedure, asks what area is bothering me, and then goes right back out. I don’t know about the others, but he is really thorough with InMode. Because they do InMode well, even if the staff annoy me a bit haha I still get InMode done here.
