There were many opinions that the director was aloof, so I expected the consultation to be short, but it ended up being a sufficient consultation of about 20 minutes. I had thought silicone would obviously be essential, but the director said my nose was not that low, so I should also consider a non-implant option, that it has clear advantages, and that it is my choice. He was honest, saying that for men, nose surgery looks bad if it is too obvious, and he answered my questions kindly, so the consultation was more satisfying than I expected. I could see that he really wants to take responsibility for his patients, which I liked. After the consultation, I trusted the director, but the after-surgery photos seemed to show a nose shape that was a little more lifted than what I want, so I am still considering it.. Overall, I recommend the consultation!!
