I came in for a consultation about surgery for a bulbous nose. The director felt somewhat distant from kind, but they were not careless about the consultation, and I could feel the professionalism. I think they have a slightly tsundere style haha. They seemed like they were not paying special attention, but they were actually taking care of things lol. It was a pleasant consultation.
