My bridge is already fairly high, so I wanted to make only the tip of my nose look natural, but the doctor kept saying my bridge was high and that we should refine it a little. The manager kept pushing silicone, saying that way I would not regret it later, and kept recommending it, which I did not like much. I feel like the direction they were thinking in did not match mine.
