The doctor was kind and carefully checked the line while adjusting it several times. However, the consultation manager answered my questions with completely unrelated responses, so I had to keep asking the same question over and over. Instead, I was treated as if I were the one who didn't understand, which was a bit absurd.. haha I didn't feel like I got a clear, satisfying consultation about what I wanted to know. The doctor was good, but I was uncomfortable with the consultation manager's professionalism and attitude in conversation, so I was a bit disappointed.
