I felt that they did not recommend things, and if they thought something was not right, they even tried to dissuade me. Even when I asked about various things, they answered kindly, and I liked that they explained things more carefully than doctors at other hospitals! I heard the consultation managers are extremely kind, but for me they were just okay.
