I had my nose osteotomy and hump reduced by about 3 mm. I asked them to make it look natural, but the bridge is too low.. I am somewhat satisfied, but it looks a little crooked. Also, I had ear cartilage inserted into the tip to make the nose slimmer, but it does not seem slimmer at all. Not recommended for a fleshy nose.
