I think there's nothing better than liposuction for dieting. I had liposuction with Dr. Choi last fall, and he really sculpted my thighs, so I've maintained the result until now lol Before liposuction, I could only dream of wearing white skinny jeans, but now I wear them confidently lol I heard he also does face lipo, so I'm thinking about getting facial liposuction~
