I had nose surgery about 8 years ago, when I was in my early 20s, with Director Song☆sik at the main branch of Apgujeong ㄷㄹ Plastic Surgery. At the time, someone I knew recommended it because their result was good, and I heard a Girls’ Generation member had surgery there, so I didn’t look anywhere else and got my nose surgery there right away..ㅜㅜ I didn’t shop around at all and went with my mother, made a same-day appointment, and had surgery right away;;
Anyway, my nose type was almost flattened-looking and low at the bridge, and on the long side. The distance between my eyes was also wide and my nasal bridge was low, so it was a somewhat cute-looking nose. I had silicone and cartilage used, and rather than nasal bridge height, I wanted it to look natural and for the nasal tip to be raised, but the nose isn’t that high and it’s very natural.. even people who are really good at noticing these things have no idea I had my nose done.. but there was no improvement to the nasal tip, only a bit of added height, so my nose looks even longer, looks bent when I smile, and my drooping, arrow-shaped nose is emphasized, so I’m not that satisfied with the result. Before surgery, they said they would make it shorter, but it actually became longer like Squidward, and when I consulted about that, they said, “That’s just your original nose shape. It can’t become a completely different nose shape. This is the best it can be now, but if you really want, I can raise it artificially.” So I just declined, and I’m looking into revision surgery elsewhere.. I do acknowledge that it looks natural.. I don’t know if it’s just my nose, but my nasal tip has dropped a lot, so I can even make a pig nose. But the part I most wanted improved wasn’t improved, and they kept saying that’s just my original nose shape. Also, when I had revision consultations elsewhere, I was told at three places that an L-shaped silicone implant that was too long and didn’t fit had been inserted, so the nasal tip is slightly showing through.
Anyway, that’s my review.
