As soon as I walked in, there were so many patients who seemed to only have their noses in focus. They said they do flashy surgery, and sure enough, every patient's nose was very flashy... The doctor spoke in a way that made them seem trustworthy, but they kept recommending donor rib cartilage, and since it was my first surgery, I skipped it because it felt too burdensome.
