It's been 2 years since the surgery already. A younger friend I know had such a pretty nose that I asked where they got surgery, and they said they had it done at Gangnam Top Clinic.. As someone from the provinces, that was my very first trip to Gangnam. It was a short nose and a bulbous nose, and even though it had already been operated on once, it didn't look obvious at all.. Without looking into any other place, I only researched Top Clinic and went up to Seoul. I made a reservation and went, had a consultation with the manager, then with the doctor, then with the manager. The manager was an older, slim person who had had a lot of cosmetic work done? There was absolutely no discount and no real service either; When I asked if there was any discount, they said they don't ask for discounts in Gangnam, and asked why I was acting so cheap~~ lololololol I guess the manager is very rich; I just found it funny. The director just gave a simple consultation. I booked surgery that day and set the surgery date for a month later. I had the surgery. They lengthened the nose with a fairly straight bridge and made it higher to some degree, and used donated costal cartilage, and I am very satisfied. The nose is so pretty. But after surgery I developed rhinitis lololololololololol
