It's been about 10 years since my nose surgery, and I wanted to improve a bulbous nose They used silicone for the bridge and costal cartilage plus autologous ear cartilage for the tip, and it is still holding up now, but the bulbous-nose improvement definitely wasn't fully achieved Instead, my nose tip became very glamorous, like Seo In-young's old look I was actually more satisfied with the nose about 6 months after the swelling went down, before everything fully settled. Now I think a more delicate nose would look more feminine, so I'm aiming for revision surgery
