There were no before-and-after photos or Photoshop images shown, but they picked out the problems one by one and laid out the surgical plan clearly, so it was easy to understand. They did not pressure me for a deposit at all, and the consultant was very kind. They also understood my personality accurately, so I felt very comfortable. I said I would lose weight and come back for surgery, but I still haven’t been able to lose it...
