Right after I walked in, they explained things kindly by giving examples, saying that something like the tip and bridge of the nose could be done this way, and they also explained the questions kindly. They did not ask at all what kind of nose I wanted. They were probably very busy, so we could not talk for long, but it was fine. Even though I had a reservation, the waiting time was 30 minutes, so that was a bit much..
