I went to a plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong, Seoul, for a consultation about male eye surgery. When I called in advance, I had not assigned a specific director, but they assigned me one. The manager was kind. The director looked busy, as if he had just come up after finishing surgery, and during the consultation I had prepared a list of questions in advance. He kindly answered what I asked, but because he had just come up after surgery, he also felt a bit rushed, so I did not get the long, proactive explanation I had imagined, which was a little disappointing. Still, I liked how he shaped my eyes, so I am thinking about going with this place, but after the consultation I looked up the director’s career and saw that he has only been a board-certified specialist for one year, so I am worried.
