Review of surgery done in January 2018 : )
I had consulted at other places too, but at that time my situation was that I had to travel up from outside the city for surgery and then come back for follow-up visits.
My eyes already had a very natural, thin in-out double eyelid, but I wanted them to be more defined, and my brow space was wide, so I aimed for a simple stitch and inner corner canthoplasty.
I also had a cursed bulbous nose, so I searched hard through a plastic surgery review app for a specialized bulbous-nose clinic, went up for one day, and had consultations at two places. I ended up getting my first surgery at Ramiche, the second place I consulted!
Before my 20th birthday graduation ceremony in winter.
It was my first cosmetic surgery and the start of everything,
but anyway, it was a success.
There was a hospital that failed me in my second revision surgery..(more on that later)
Eyes - buried double eyelid + inner corner canthoplasty Nose - bulbous-nose correction + tip + bridge + alar reduction (overall)
I do not remember clearly, but for the nose it feels like they did everything except shaving down the bone.
They used donated costal cartilage + septum, and I do not remember the silicone height. They did not use ear cartilage.
I do not remember the consultation, the doctor, or the manager's attitude, etc. (There did not seem to be any major problems. At one point after surgery my nose felt strange, so I suddenly went up to Seoul, and the doctor and everyone came right away to check it. Of course, that was just discomfort after surgery.)
The bad part was that there were lots of people, and whether I was going for treatment or follow-up, I always had to wait at least 30 minutes!
So, the surgery results were:
First of all, the eyes were a real success, truly, truly, truly. I was so grateful to the doctor who did my eyes. The nose, hmm, there was not as much change as I expected. Looking back now, my older sister also had nose surgery, but our family in general has a skin type that just does not do super obvious noses; the skin is thick too.
Overall, Ramiche seemed to do things naturally. That seemed to be their approach.
For the eyes especially, I was a case where eye-muscle correction went badly, so I absolutely, absolutely, absolutely do not recommend eye-muscle correction (I think I have had my eyes cut open 4 times and will probably do it once more).
I have seen a lot of bad outcomes around me too, and eyes that end up too heavy...
At Ramiche, they said eye-muscle correction was not necessary. They do not force unnecessary surgery and pursue a very natural style, and the results come out that way.
So rather than saying it fails, I think it is closer to success.

I do not know how it is now, But seeing that the chief surgeon seems to be the same person, I think it is probably similar.
