It may be different for everyone, but I personally prefer a style where they speak realistically. I liked that they explained things accurately according to my current condition, rather than giving an all-right, everything-can-be-done kind of feeling. And instead of pushing me to do this or that first, I showed them the nose style I wanted, asked about it first, and they answered in a way that matched that.
