The director was incredibly, incredibly, incredibly kind and gave a very thorough consultation. He explained in great detail how my rhinitis might improve and what would not improve. I hesitated when I heard that donor rib cartilage would be used, but he carefully explained why it had to be used. However, there was pressure to book surgery on the day of the consultation, and I was told I did not need to set a surgery date and could just leave about 10% as a deposit, which was embarrassing.
