The waiting room was spacious, so even though there were a lot of people, it still felt comfortable. I didn't feel much inconvenience while waiting. The consultation with the manager and the director was neat and good, and I liked that they pointed out the parts I needed to know in detail. These days, with events, vacation season, and the hospital being crowded, I had expected that to some extent, but still, I felt like I got a really productive consultation with the director within the allotted time. They shaped the line exactly the way I wanted.
